WNRK - Kent State University 90.7 FM

WNRK 90.7 FM is a radio station based at Kent State University in Norwalk, Ohio. The station is known for its high-quality programming and is considered one of the best in the United States. WNRK is also home to Black Squirrel Radio, a student-run station featuring work by talented young producers. In addition to WNRK, Kent State University also operates WKSU 89.7 FM, a non-commercial educational station featuring a public radio format. WKSU is known for its award-winning NPR news and classical music programming, which is available to listeners in over 20 counties in Ohio and parts of western Pennsylvania. In 2022, WKSU will become the sole NPR station in Northeast Ohio, thanks to a merger with WNRK.
