Δημοτικο Πολυγυρου Radio is a community radio station serving Πολυγυρου, Greece, located in the Central Macedonia region. Established in the 1980s by the Municipal Radio and Television Enterprise of Πολυγυρου, the station began as a grassroots initiative driven by a passion for communication and electronics. Initially supported by the local municipal authority and a dedicated team, Δημοτικο Πολυγυρου Radio quickly gained a loyal audience. In the 2000s, with the support of the Regional Radio Network of Central Macedonia (ERT3), the station significantly expanded its reach and audience share. Today, Δημοτικο Πολυγυρου Radio boasts modern equipment, a powerful broadcast signal, and a vibrant online presence, delivering local news, music, and community programming to Πολυγυρου and beyond.
