Radio Skonto – Your Premier Latvian Hits Station! Located in Riga, Latvia, Radio Skonto has been broadcasting since 1993, initially founded by Arvīds Mūrnieks and Ivo Baumanis. Starting December 15th, 1993, this station offered an alternative to Latvia’s Radio 1 program, operating from the Dailes Theatre.
