Being a local in DFW, my beef with the station is its reception. Frequently I get a horrible static and have to revert to listening online. This was usually listening from Dallas or a first-ring suburb, so I should have had perfect reception. Also, it didn't matter what equipment I was using. They should really do some tower work or something.

Hey Darrin Werner, have you tried to listen on KPLX-FM HD2, 99.5 on the FM Dial. You will need to have an HD radio as you won't get it on a std. fm radio. If you have a newer car/truck it MAY have HD radio on it. This will give you WBAP in full stereo sound. This will fix your reception problems I believe.

.When the morning show guys went on Christmas vacation and the stand-in team was online, I was surprised at how I enjoyed the program. When the Furlows were being done with occasional absences of certain personalities, it really increased the program for me. I no longer have any use for Hal, Estridge, or Nicole. Hal is the person everyone knows that will change his viewpoint on any pushback from anyone else on that team. That's his schtick and it wore thin years ago with me. Estridge is such a phony and Rino that I'm surprised you folks still have a following at all. Nichole, her news reporting is so slanted for democratic viewpoints, it's so obvious it's sickening. Love all the shows and news. Listen all day long for the last two years. Very proffesional talk show hosts, Chris Salcedothe morning Show, Rick Roberts, Red Eye which I listen since 2006. The best radio station in the nation! Congratulations!!!

I have listened to WBAP over 40 years. I really love Rick Roberts. He talks to the listeners as if he was sitting across the kitchen table from them. He makes sense of some of the nonsense coming at us. Keep up the good work Rick!

I live in Port Arthur, Texas, and I listen to WBAP daily during the week. I also listen to Kris Krok show in the evening. Your station keeps up to date on the nation's news, and go into detail about the current affairs going on in Texas.

This radio station is a prime example of what propaganda can do to mainstream and rural America. Nearly everything spewed on these "news" programs are flat out lies and unsubstantiated opinions.

Love the conservative talk on this radio..but please get rid of Nicole! If there is a liberal program on put her there for the news..she is obviously liberal herself! Do not like to hear her report the news!
