WAER Public Radio is Central New York's premier Public Radio station, broadcasting live from Syracuse, New York. As a broadcast service of Syracuse University, WAER delivers a full-service lineup including Jazz, News, Sports, and Weather to listeners in Syracuse, Watertown, Auburn, Cortland, and the Utica-Rome area. Utilizing a 50,000 watt signal, WAER is a member-supported station dedicated to serving the community.
