Listening to The Jib is the perfect way to relax and unwind.
Simply light and refreshing music that soothes the spirit.
Kick out your shoes and settle back to the mellow sound of JIB on the web; the sounds of our time with the quiet touch ; the quality sound of the world network ,just like Europe in the 1970ties from Frankfurt. Thank you !
Metallica is the best relaxing music of all time! Love it!
One of the few good stations left in Boston. Brings back so many Nostalgic memories. Thank you. Please continue to air. I love this station.
I love JIB. I can't believe I found you on the web. I am 53 and in the 1970's I used to sleep at my grandparents. My grampa always had this station on and when I went to bed he would put his radio under my pillow and I would fall right asleep. Love the ringing of the bell. Now I can relax again and go back to sweet memories.
I thought this station and music were gone forever, but "accidentally" found you here last year. What a find! The cherished memories of childhood from the 60s-70s all come back from the time when my mother would play this station daily! I'm glad you kept your format and musical genre over the past 50 years. My ears appreciate it!
It is so nice that this wonderful genre lives on thanks to the fine folks responsible for keeping this station going. I feel like I've come home after a long time away.
Where is WJIB’s Phil Christie…? What a voice!
