107 Spark FM is Sunderland’s local radio station, broadcasting from the Media Centre at St Peter’s Campus. As one of the UK’s most successful community media projects, Spark FM is run by dedicated volunteers from both the student and local communities. This vibrant FM station, alongside a monthly eMagazine and online TV channel at SparkSunderland.com, delivers localised programming focusing on Sunderland’s news, events, local music, and community issues.
