Radio Caroline International

Radio Caroline is a British radio station that was founded in 1964 by Ronan O'Rahilly and Alan Crawford. It was initially established to bypass the record companies' control of the airwaves and has since become a beloved and influential station that plays a variety of music from the past and present. Radio Caroline can be heard on the internet, on DAB in select UK towns and cities, and on 648 AM in South East England. In 2017, the station relaunched as Radio Caroline International and has been broadcasting around the world using multiple platforms. In addition to its main programming, Radio Caroline also operates a webshop that supports the station and its iconic ship, the Ross Revenge, which is moored in the River Blackwater in Essex.
