Radio Mia is Los Santos’ premier radio station, broadcasting live from La Villa de Los Santos, Panamá. Founded on March 27, 1961, as La Radio Activa, we’re a vital part of the community in the Barriada Llano el Río, on Avenida Guadalupe – the historic ground where heroine Rufina Alfaro initiated the first cry for independence of Panama from Spain on November 10, 1921. Our powerful signal reaches across the Central Provinces of Coclé, Veraguas, Herrera, Los Santos, and a portion of the Darién Province, providing local news, music, and community information.
