Radio UJED – Your Cultural Sound of Durango, Mexico Radio Universidad (XEHD – 1270 khz), based in Ciudad Juárez, Durango, Mexico, is the premier public service cultural radio station of the Universidad Juárez del Estado de Durango. Established in 1976, Radio UJED broadcasts high-quality programming dedicated to fostering a globally-minded and humanistic culture. We champion the university’s work, celebrate diversity, and promote the democratization of knowledge. Since 2013, Radio UJED also operates on 100.5 FM, continuing its legacy as Durango’s leading cultural radio station. Our mission includes promoting information and communication culture within the University’s academic community, highlighting national, regional, and specifically Durango’s rich cultural heritage, and delivering a diverse range of music and thought across all eras and genres.
