C.E.C.I.L.E is a renowned cultural center in Le Vert, Haiti, for over seventy years, having shaped generations and now in its fourth generation. Originally known as SOSYETE RASI’N DÉFANS, the center evolved due to legal restrictions on organizations. Now, C.E.C.I.L.E, meaning CENTER FOR EDUCATION, CULTURE, AND INTERNATIONAL TRAINING, is dedicated to empowering and informing all people within Haiti. This dynamic cultural center welcomes collaborators like Houngan Elien Isaac (SANMBA’L) and others, ensuring a vibrant future through education, culture, and international exchange.
